Lawns seeding dates are October for Winter grass
and May for Summer grass
Lawns mowed every Monday, weather permitting
Trash pickup is every Monday and Thursday morning
Recycle pickup is every Monday
January 21, 2012 Wind Storm Damage
Below are some photos of the damages at Sunrise Alejo from the wind storm. Our Landscape contractor, Leon’s, has already removed the downed trees, tree limbs and the debris. The pool maintenance people have cleaned all the pools and spas and they are sparkling once again. The electrician has repaired and replaced all the outdoor lights that were damaged.
Your Board will be working with the Insurance Company to assure our claims are processed on a timely basis.
