All customers with a 760 area code must dial 1 + area code + telephone number for all calls.
EXTENDED PARKING
If you need to park a car in the area along Via Acapulco for more than two weeks, please call Brandi at DRM, 1-760-346-1161, ext 144, for a parking pass to place on the windshield of your car.
Having a parking pass will prevent your car being considered as abandoned and towed away by the city.
Please Note: Extended and overnight parking of cars on our streets and cul-de-sacs is not allowed as it creates a hazard for emergency vehicles. Pleases use our guest parking areas on Via Acapulco. (See General Rules and Regulations.)

WORKORDER REQUESTS
If you are need of service on an item maintained by the association or if you notice items in the common area that are in need of repair, please contact Desert Resort Management directly at (760)346-1161 or via email at drm@drminternet.com. You will be routed directly to DRM’s Service Desk Team.
When contacting Desert Resort Management for service, please identify yourself as a resident of Sunrise Alejo and provide as give them as much information as possible regarding the requested service. The Service Desk Team will assist by issuing a work order request to the association’s approved vendor to complete the repair.
In some instances, there may be a question regarding whether the repair is the responsibility of the owner or the Association and at this point, input from the Association Manager, Brandi Scott, is necessary. In these cases, the Service Desk Team member will forward your request to the Association Manager for a determination on how to resolve the situation.
Sunrise Alejo’s Association Manager, Brandi Scott, manages several communities similar to Sunrise Alejo and there will be times when the Association Manager is out of the office and will not be able to assist you immediately. Should this occur, please leave a detailed voice mail and she will return your call once she has returned to the office.
If there is an emergency that needs to be resolved immediately while the Manager is out of the office, please notify the Service Desk Team so that the appropriate action may be taken.
If you would like a status on your workorder, please contact DRM at 760-346-1161. Association vendors are requested to provide service within three business days or provide an approximate completion date.
During the summer of 2011, DRM/Association will be updating their work order database and this update will include an automatic email acknowledgement that the workorder has been issued, waiting authorization, or is completed.
